Scope and Commitment

CivIQ Guide is committed to conforming to WCAG 2.1 Level AA for public pages and core user flows. Accessibility checks are built into release and operational workflows for continuous monitoring and remediation.

Verification Methods

• Automated scanning with axe-core and pa11y across key routes.
• Automated interaction checks with Playwright for keyboard, focus, skip links, status announcements, and form behavior.
• Manual QA checklist before release (keyboard-only, zoom, screen-reader spot checks, contrast verification).

Known Limitations

Document accessibility and third-party embedded assets may require manual review in addition to automated checks. Report barriers so we can triage and remediate quickly.
